15 Days Return Service
We want you to be satisfied and confident with your purchase. Therefore, if your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to provide you with one of the following;
- An exchange for another Lala beauty item(s) of the same or lesser value,
- Store credit for your Lala beauty account, or
- A full refund of the original purchases price of the item.
1. Item(s) are returned from the purchased date
2. An original Lifespan Store invoice accompanies the returned item(s)
3. Item(s) are in an original and re-saleable condition including:
- 3(a) unopened
- 3(b) unused
- 3(c) undamaged packing
Item(s) must be returned and inspected before an exchange, store credit or refund is granted. If any of the above conditions are not met, Lifespan Store reserve the right not to offer an exchange, store credit or refund.
How to Return
When you return, please wrap your returned product well (products that have been damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded) and return it to us with your order number as a reference to the following address:

Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 10 days and an email confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Faulty and Damaged Items
We do our best to make sure you receive your order in pristine condition but if your order is faulty/damaged, please contact us with a description of the damage & a photo if possible. This can assist us in making a claim to the courier.
Damaged products on international parcels have to be assessed by a post shop near your address and issued with a damage report within 7 days of receipt. We will not be able to refund for damaged products unless we receive a damage report from your country’s postal authority.
Shipping Cost of Returns
You must pay all costs of returning products to us, however, if we accept the return of damaged or faulty products, or where we delivered incorrect products we will provide you with details on how to go about returning the items to us using our paid courier service. In the event that this service is not used, Lifespan Store will not be liable for any costs involved in returning the goods to us.
Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact a member of Lifespan Store as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to cancel orders, however, due to different processing times and methods, certain cancellations may not be possible. Not having received and shipment confirmation does not guarantee your order can still be canceled. Items that are unable to be canceled prior to shipment are subject to our Return conditions
